Individual Programming
Aimed at athletes, but available for everyone! Athletes will conduct an initial movement screening and testing, discuss results and goals, and develop a plan to reach those goals.
Programming will include speed, plyometrics, medicine balls, mobility and stability, and strength training, on the Train Heroic App.
Session length depends on athlete pace, but typically about 75 minutes.
Group Speed & Agility
Aimed at younger athletes, but available to all! Athletes will complete a dynamic warm up before beginning each session.
Sessions have an emphasis on athletic movement and speed/agility. These may consist of sprint work/technique, jumps, medicine balls, reaction drills, core work, competition, and more!
These are designed to be educational and fun!
Sessions last about 60 minutes.
Team Training
Teams can reserve facility time for workouts, too!
Team workouts will consist of a group dynamic warm up, sprint and plyometric work, a total body lift, with emphasis on technique and movement, and mobility/stability exercises.
Sessions last about 60-75 minutes.
Adult Classes
Aimed at parents! Adult classes will be during non-athlete hours, so you guys can come in without having to worry about the kids!
Sessions will consist of a dynamic warm up, a circuit of some sort, strength work, some mobility/stability, and cardio.
Sessions last about 60 minutes.
Remote Programming
For the out of town athletes! Train wherever you'd like!
Remote programming consists of a general phone call discussing goals, needs, and training availability, then programming done through the Train Heroic App.
24/7 communication with any questions, comments, concerns.
