Our Story

Omen Sport Performance wants to help you achieve all of your goals.

In April 2024, Ethan and his trusty dog, Omen, embarked on a new journey together with the creation of Omen Sport Performance LLC. This venture was born from Ethan’s deep reflection as his college athletic career approached its end.

For years, Ethan and Omen had been dedicated workout partners, pushing each other to reach new heights every day. However, as Ethan looked back on his sports development, he realized that the traditional approaches to training and nutrition he had followed were not always in his best interest. These methods had, at times, stifled his potential and performance rather than enhancing them.

Determined to make a change, Ethan began crafting his own workout programs. The results were transformative—both in terms of his athletic performance and overall physical appearance. Witnessing such dramatic improvements in just a year fueled Ethan's passion to help others achieve similar success.

With a vision to correct past misconceptions and invest in the future of aspiring athletes, Ethan, alongside Omen, founded Omen Sport Performance LLC. Their mission is to provide innovative, personalized training solutions that empower athletes to realize their full potential and surpass their goals.

Join us on this journey and experience the difference that thoughtful, proven training can make.

Ethan Imel, CPT (Owner)

Ethan is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri, where he played baseball for 4 years. In his time at UCM he was a part of two World Series teams, including a National Runner Up in 2021.

Prior to his time at UCM, Ethan played baseball at Noblesville High School, where he was an All-Conference Catcher. He has recently relocated back to the Noblesville area, and is ready to invest in the next generation of athletes.

Before moving back to Indiana, Ethan trained athletes at Top Flight Performance in Overland Park, Kansas. He was able to learn and grow under the guidance of Trevor Jones, while gaining experience working with middle school through professional athletes.

Ethan has coached 2 years of high school baseball and ran many strength and conditioning camps, in his younger years.

Ethan is excited for the future of Omen Sport Performance LLC, and to watch athletes become the best versions of themselves.

Omen (Good Boy)

Omen has been Ethan's training partner for as long as the two have been together. He is responsible for both our name and social media hashtags in #goodomen.

A mix of Lab, Retriever, and Border Collie, Omen is full of energy and always ready for action. His favorite exercises are sprints and box jumps, where he boasts an impressive 42" approach jump. Don't let his bark fool you! He is a gentle dog who wants to do nothing but be with you all!
